We specialize in building custom recruiting roadmaps tailored to each athlete’s unique blend of soccer ability, academic goals, and college preferences. We work with a limited number of players per class, and we are dedicated to maximizing recruiting exposure and helping you find the right fit.

How it Started
After close to two decades as a women’s college soccer head coach, our founder Drew Roff has a deep understanding of the college recruiting process and how stressful it can be for players and their families, especially when lacking information and guidance. The college decision is a major one, and in order to make an informed and confident decision, help is needed. Throughout the process, Drew's unique experience will allow him to provide proper talent evaluations and identify potential fits, as well as give credible recommendations to coaches. Also, once an athlete finds the right fit and commits to a school, the journey is not over, it is just beginning. Players need to know what is expected at the next level, and what steps are necessary to be successful.
